FSE announces a new Associate

Please join us in welcoming the newest member of our firm, the brilliant operational expert Dave Whalley. Many of you may know Dave as the former COO and CIO of the global consultancy ThoughtWorks. Dave and his passion for operational excellence are a big part of why ThoughtWorks was able to grow from a boutique consultancy that was arguably the birthplace of Agile into the global powerhouse it is today, and I can’t imagine a more suitable addition to our small crew of global thought leaders; Kefirah and I both had the pleasure of working for Dave during our respective times ThoughtWorks, and have experienced first hand the value he can bring.
 
Dave’s operational experience makes him uniquely well-suited to help our technology clients map out their target operating model and more importantly, an achievable and adoptable transformation roadmap to achieve that model. He can provide the kind of hands-on guidance and executive coaching that makes the difference between success and failure when delivering major corporate change. We are very privileged to welcome him to our team.
